This people are very rude and they over charge and keep customers hanging between nowhere.. no straight answer… pls try to understand everything before dealing with them… mick is very rude person and Katy needs to go work in 7 eleven I think it would be better

Katie to the rescue! Needed to find a Custom Broker super fast as shipment was scheduled to arrive to port soon - was unaware at the time of ordering the equipment that cost DID NOT include clearing customs and delivering freight to door. Reached out to Texas International Freight and spoke with Katie. She immediately began to work on preparing appropriate forms and was in constant email communications with me. Shipment cleared customs without any delays. Katie quoted me a "Hot Shot" delivery that was very fair/reasonable. Shipment arrived to final destination without any issues!
